When my wife and I decided to sell our apartment at "Balmain Cove" our first thought was to go with Realty International because of their excellent record in both the number of properties sold, and the prices they had achieved for apartment’s in our complex.
We met Steve at an open house while we were doing a bit of homework before listing. After a brief chat we knew that with his integral knowledge of the area and his recent successes, as well as his pleasant manner, that he would be the one to sell our home.

I recently purchased a unit in Balmain Cove for which Steve Wilson was the agent. Initially I was reluctant to make an offer for it as my previous house was not even on the market.
Steve was very helpful and kept me well informed about the unit’s availability and in no way did I feel any pressure to buy. Eventually I did make an offer prior to putting my house on the market and despite the stress of that situation everything worked out well. When I had sold my house he was more than happy to facilitate my visits to show family and friends the unit – even on his days off.
